How the round actually works

Coverage on a page is easy to write and means very little on its own. What decides whether you get a visit today is whether the van is already in your part of La Jolla and whether it is carrying the part your appliance needs — which is why the neighborhoods above are the ones we name, rather than a county-wide claim we could not keep.

The equipment mix changes street by street, and it changes what we carry. Kitchens fitted in the last ten years run newer control boards and different ice-maker modules; older installations bring door seals, defrost heaters and condenser fans that have simply reached the end of their service life. Telling us the brand and the rough age of the appliance on the phone is what turns two visits into one.
